Patrons highlighted in green are subscribers.<\/p>\n<p>As you sell walkup tickets and check in patrons electronically, the dashboard totals are updated to tell you how many will-call patrons you\u2019re still waiting on, and how many seats are still available to be sold.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"for-general-admission-performances\">General Admission Performances<\/h2>\n<p>To check in all or part of a party for a general admission performance, click on the appropriate number next to the patron&#8217;s name. For example, if three people out of a party of four for Jason Mahoney have arrived, click the number 3 next to Jason Mahoney\u2019s name to check in three people. You can \u201cun-check-in\u201d an entire party by clicking the <strong>X<\/strong> next to the patron&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"for-reserved-seating-performances\">Reserved Seating Performances<\/h2>\n<p>To check in all or part of a party for a reserved seating performance, click on individual seat numbers to the right of the patron&#8217;s name. For example, if Jason Mahoney\u2019s party of four has seats D1, D2, D3, D4, and three people have arrived, you might click on D1, D2, and D3 to check in those specific seats. You can \u201cun-check-in\u201d an entire party by clicking the <strong>X<\/strong> next to the patron&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"no-internet-prefer-to-check-customers-in-manually\">Offline Check In<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not have an internet connection in your box office, or if for whatever reason you prefer to check patron&#8217;s in using paper and pencil, you can click the\u00a0 &#8220;Printable Door List&#8221; button from the front of house dashboard. This allows you to print an alphabetical list that staff can use to check off patrons as they arrive. You may choose to use the Reservations button later to enter all of the arrivals into the system so that you can track no-shows and maintain accurate attendance statistics.<\/p>\n<p>Using a printable list sacrifices the convenience of the automatic counters, but allows you to run front of house operations in a box office with no internet access.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the front of house dashboard, if you click the Reservations button, you\u2019ll see an alphabetical list of all patrons with advance tickets for this performance.
